Heat the water until it starts to boil. Pour apple cider vinegar in a cup and pour hot water. Add the honey and grate very little ginger, stir until honey is melted. Finally, chop the lemon and mix again.

Tilt your head over the cup, two to three times take a deep breath and drink the potion.
