The Proper Way to Clean Your Belly Button!
The belly button is the part of the body to which you often do not pay enough attention.
Namely, the scar that we have received all at birth by removing the umbilical cord should be cleaned as well as other body parts. When you will discover how the hygiene in this body part is simple you will wonder why you were neglecting it until now.
Ordinary shower is not enough to clean this part of the body which is prone to collecting bacteria (there are around 65 different types of bacteria in the belly button) and you should care for it in the following ways:
– If you have indented belly button, once a week clean it with an ear stick which was first dive into water and soap; and you can simply clean it with alcohol.
– If you have bulged belly, every week wipe it with a cloth moistened with water and soap.
Why it is important to clean the belly button?
Because it collects dirt and when it is collected, can develop infections accompanied by redness, irritated skin, itching and unpleasant smell in the belly button.
